As usual, I'm posting about Christmas about a month after the fact. But, it's nice to re-live a wonderful holiday season!
Our first holiday non-event was an impromptu visit to this free Christmas train. Liam was a little overwhelmed and refused to board. He claimed there were dragons in there! This pic features me and Liam silhouetted against the train while he's screaming NO PICTURES!!!

Liam participated in his first Christmas play titled "The Littlest Christmas Tree" (or something like that). He was a bear in the forest and had zero responsibilities, besides behaving and singing along with everyone else. He did fantastic!
You can see the extent of his costume here: a furry hat and brown clothes. Parenting success!!!Christmas Eve involved the usual schedule. We participated in Lessons and Carols at church and retired to my Aunt Katharine's for supper and fellowship with family.
Here is Liam realizing he's not wearing any pants:
But, we put the pants back on for a sub-par family photo op:
Christmas morning!

And Christmas day at my folks' house.

It doesn't quite work like this:

But once he took it off, we got this:

The week after Christmas, we traveled to Mansfield, TX, to visit with Leif's fam at his parent's house. His sisters had travelled from Pittsburgh and Phoenix. Leif's older sister, Lyndsay, has two precious kids that Liam hasn't seen since he was 6 months old. They had so much fun together!
